I placed an order on June 11, 2011, for a Kingsdown mattress to be delivered to Colorado. No problems so far. Two weeks later my salesperson called to say they could not ship to Colorado, would I like to reselect? We decided to look around locally. On July 11 I get my Visa bill and was charged $1100 on June 11. I called, was told the mattress I chose was no longer available, but yes, they did ship to CO. When I canceled the order, SERIOUSLY I was told it would take 2-3 days to cancel, and another 7 business days to get the credit. REALLY?

Also, check their "comfort" policy--it is very expensive if your mattress doesn't fit your comfort level--ONLY if you order their mattress pad at the time of mattress order do you get the opportunity to pay approx. $350 for the exchange, within 21 days.

I ordered from USMatress online, their comfort policy is 100 days and only $99.

I'm very displeased with my experience with Sleepy's--order at your own risk.
